Albers Building | Cleveland, OH

– We partnered with the developer on this project in Cleveland’s historic Kamm’s Corners; a neighborhood that has experienced great growth and revitalization in the past decade. Currently a dilapidated mixed-use / multi-tenant building with three street-level retail locations and 2nd level offices, the goal is to bring vibrancy to the property that will attract and support increased lease rates. The solution provides for a stone tile façade at retail level surrounding full-height glazing systems, topped by a cantilevered open grate canopy.
