Juleen Russell
Principal Architect, Jencen Architecture
Scope of work: Juleen Russell leads design and product teams in delivering branded retail, medtail, QSR and commercial environments across North America. Russell, whose responsibilities include design leadership, budgeting and client coordination, has contributed to more than 500 projects valued at over $250 million.
Big win: In 2025, Russell orchestrated the development of the retail prototype for Portland Leather Goods, a viral online brand entering physical retail. In translating the brand's digital identity into a scalable store concept, she helped enable rapid national expansion and significantly grow the brand's customer base.The design earned multiple industry recognitions, including a notable SHOP! Design Award.
Other contributions: Russell is active with the American Institute of Architects and serves on the city of Lakewood's animal safety and welfare advisory board.
