Multi-Tenant Design

Jencen started working with The Morgan Companies to design and develop a multi-tenant out-parcel strip center at Marketplace at Four Corners, a premier super-regional destination in the affluent Cleveland suburb of Bainbridge.

The new 7,500 square foot building has two leading QSR tenants already signed on, taking the end caps. The building was carefully designed to marry the traditional character of the area with modern lines and a mix of materials. Turnover to tenants is scheduled for 2021.

Multi-tenant strip centers make it easy for consumers to access their favorite stores and restaurants.
