Scheduled to open in late 2021, Jencen teamed up with our partners at Morgan Company to design this multi-tenant out-parcel strip center – anchored by the exciting and new Panera Bread prototype! Murphy is a remote suburb of Dallas with a rich history and steadily growing population. The project site sits at the crossroads of the city’s main streets and will be a hub of activity for many years to come!
